EventPlus: Why we do Online Events

We believe it compliments our flagship system ContactPlus. It allows our clients another outlet to perform various tasks that can now be supplemented through the creation of an online environment capable of connecting multiple groups of people. In short, ContactPlus gets the word out to your clients, and EventPlus brings your clients together in one place without leaving their own business or personal setting. We have chosen to support and manage two different online event platforms to allow our clients a choice of options to run their online event.

Adobe Connect

This platform has been around for a number of years and has many built in tools to make the online event interactive in different ways, for example: active surveys, whiteboards, Q&A, Chat during the presentation. There is a soft limit of 100 participants for the meeting but it can be adjusted upwards as necessary. Some important points:

This platform is a robust online meeting system that has many features and options for your meeting(s). We take care of all the steps on your behalf to make the online meeting(s) successful. Join Me

Join Me is a newer platform but is growing with features and can be used for up to 50 participants. Pricing is lower for the Join Me Platform. The simplistic look and feel of Join Me allows the online meeting to function without complications. We fully support this platform and will create and support the entire process so that you do not have to worry about managing the platform. Just concentrate on your presentation.

• Voice Dial Option - Integrated voice that allows outside participants to access the meeting through phone only

This platform starts with a lower setup cost, and a lower charge per hour for the event; furthermore, there are no charges incurred for voice conferencing within the platform.
